RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Parshwanath Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
• Certain products such as personal care items, consumables, customized products, and hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

• Order Number
• Product photos
• Clear unboxing video
• Video/photos showing the issue

Claims without sufficient photo/video evidence may be rejected.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
